Phantom Nemesis Chassis with Rad's Toys Motor

Phantom Nemesis Chassis

Kloepfel Motorsports uses the successful Phantom "Nemesis" chassis as the basis for their Racing Go Kart. The Nemesis design has won numerous national and world championships and has proven to be an excellent choice for the challenging Paradise Speedway track. Conditions on this clay oval can change significantly, even over the course of one evening, and having the adjustability that the Phantom Nemesis offers has proven invaluable to the success of the team.

Phantom Nemesis Chassis

The Phantom Nemesis has become known as one of the most adjustable yet most user-friendly chassis on the market today. Nemesis riders have the ability to infinitely adjust caster and camber with the unique Caster Block design. Other adjustable features include chassis lead, steering ackerman, steering speed, and chassis stiffness. And for those choosing the Champions Editions model, it comes standard with the adjustable left rear cassette for cross weight adjustment.

The Nemesis incorporates an all new single bend front axle design that allows the needed flex to get that all important "forward bite".

Also new is the "Y" bar design that allows the driver to adjust the amount of left rear bite the car has. By clamping or unclamping the "Y" bar, the driver can make the chassis work the left rear tire more or less.

The Nemesis spindles offer customers the ability to adjust the steering speed and or ackerman with a three-hole design that can be adjusted at the same time or individually.

Phantom Nemesis Chassis

In 2001 the Nemesis chassis broke the Phantom Banshee's national win record in a single season by posting 80 WKA National wins in a single season while also dominating the IKF & KART Grand Nationals, not to mention the literally thousands of regional and local events that the Nemesis has claimed. The Phantom Nemesis has proven itself to be equally dominant on both dirt and asphalt.

Phantom Nemesis Chassis

The Phantom Nemesis Chassis is one of the very few racing Go Kart Chassis to be welded by a robot. This requires that each chassis be built to incredibly tight tolerances, which of course is exactly what competitors want. The consistent welds and the fact that each joint must line up within .015", or about three human hairs, means that each and every chassis has the potential to perform as well as the Kloepfel Motorsports chassis has.

Rad Toys Motor

The Power for the Kloepfel Motorsports Kart comes from a spectacular "Rad Toys" Briggs and Stratton Motor built by Roy Susice. Roy has put together a powerful motor with a wide powerband which helps put the Kloepfel Motorsports team in the winner's circle week after week. Many thanks to Roy for working closely with us to help create our great win record.
